Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Dunross AI s.r.o. ("Dunross AI," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on dunross.ai and app.dunross.ai (collectively, the "Sites"). It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your choices regarding their use.
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy at https://dunross.ai/privacy.html, which describes how we process personal data more generally.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to improve user experience, and to provide information to website operators.
Cookies can be:
- First-party cookies — set by the website you are visiting.
- Third-party cookies — set by a domain other than the one you are visiting (e.g., embedded content from another service).
- Session cookies — temporary, deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies — remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixel tags. References to "cookies" in this Policy include these similar technologies where applicable.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential for the Sites to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, filling in forms, or setting your preferences. Without these cookies, the Sites cannot function properly.

Legal basis: These cookies do not require consent under the EU ePrivacy Directive because they are strictly necessary for the provision of the service you have requested.

These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your preferences. They may be set by us or by third-party providers whose services we have added to the Sites.
Examples:
- Language preference cookies
- Display preference cookies
Legal basis: Consent, unless the functionality is strictly necessary for a service you have requested.
2.3 Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Sites by collecting and reporting information anonymously. This helps us improve the Sites.
Examples:
- Cookies that count visits and traffic sources
- Cookies that measure which pages are most and least popular
Legal basis: Consent. These cookies do not fire until you accept them through our cookie consent banner.
2.4 Marketing cookies
